When trying to login through the 'Creator' and experience the following;
- Invalid username/password
- Cannot connect to server due to certificate error or incorrect DS Manager path
There are number of factors which can cause this;
- Ensure the username/password credentials have been added within the 'User Management' module within the DS Manager
- Ensure the URL path within 'General Settings' is valid and correct.
3. Temporarily disable any antivirus/firewall software which may be blocking traffic through port 443
