KB191020161032 - Endpoint devices are not being discovered within discovery

  1. Ensure that the correct discovery search within Fusion UDM is selected, depending if the agent software is installed or not.
  2. Ensure that the firewall ports are open and visible from the server to communicate to the end points.
    • Using Ping, telnet and Net stat tools
  3. Ensure that the network on the endpoint device is setup on 'Work / Private' rather than 'Public'. Public by default turns off Windows discovery features
